end of diet week 4.....

Total Lost: 24 and 1/4 lbs
Total Inches Lost : 12. 4 each from bust, waist and hips.
Start weight: 15st 6
Current weight: 13 st 10 3/4lbs.
Mood: Thrilled. Fucking Thrilled!

Went and bought some clothes in a size 12-14 to aim for in the next 6 weeks. Size 14's for the win at Christmas! :D

    Aye I'm feeling okay now. Past the tiredness, past the crankiness and seem to have settled down to "normal" so to speak.

    So about 24lbs down, and have 50 to go, but 33% of the way there. Aiming for 3lbs a week nor until Christmas, Im having the 18th of December off and the 25th (obviously)
